L-Ecole Sgipa is a specialized, private, and subsidized secondary II establishment, which welcomes nearly 150 students presenting learning disabilities and significant academic delay. The specialized teaching teams and psychologists accompany students in the construction of an individualized project adapted to their abilities and their professional objectives. To complete our team, we are looking for a: Substitute Teacher or Substitute Teacher of adapted physical education Your mission Through sports practice, your mission is to: • ensure coherence between the proposed activities and the pedagogical project (for the School sector) and socio-educational project (for the Workshops and Housing sectors); • adapt pedagogical approaches to the target audience as well as to the needs of the groups; • show an open and respectful attitude towards the social, cultural, and individual dimensions of the foundation's beneficiaries; • coordinate with the person being replaced (or group leader) and/or with the person with whom you will be working in a pair. Your profile • Holder of a Diploma in adapted physical education (Master APAS) or currently in training in the field, or a title deemed equivalent. • Holder of the life saving certificate, Pool+, BLS-AED; • Experience in physical education management of groups of young people and adults • Interpersonal ease, team spirit, and communication skills; • Creativity, autonomy, and good adaptation skills; • Flexible and good organizational skills; • Knowledge of common office tools. Activity rate: variable. There is no predefined activity rate. The substitute is free to accept or not the proposed replacement situations. Contract type: occasional hourly contract (salary determined according to the level of diploma).
