Integrated Risk Management Specialist Berne, Suisse (and home office) \| 80\-100% What you can contribute Ensure the maintenance and optimization of the internal control system (ICS) on the planning, methodological and organizational levels Define the ICS requirements regarding operational processes with financial implications and coordinate them with operational process management Support the implementation of ICS control instruments and procedures and monitor their application Support the executive committee and the management areas as the second line of defense by means of procedures, organizational processes and modeling tools Assume the role of interlocutor for all questions from the administrative unit and external services relating to the ICS Perform special tasks in the field of controlling and risk management What makes you unique Higher professional education in the field of finance and accounting or equivalent training Several years of professional experience in financial management and process management, in-depth knowledge of the ICS Knowledge of project and process management as well as agile methods; ideally, experience in using modeling tools (e.g. Innovator or Bpanda) Good knowledge of SAP financial modules and the Confederation's modeling methodology (MMB) Good analytical and conceptualization skills, autonomy and team spirit Proficiency in two official languages In a few words Assuming a key role at both the strategic and practical levels, you will implement an ICS that an entire administrative unit will trust.
