Digital Toolmaker Mechanic

We are looking for one of our clients in the watchmaking industry, based in Genève, several toolmakers with experience: Digital Toolmaker Mechanic, numerical milling, numerical turning, numerical grinding, specialized in the manufacture of specific tooling, in 2x8 and 3x8 teams. DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION You will be in charge of: Series changes, setting positions, clamps and tooling, calibration of dimensions, commissioning of Hermle brand machining centers, DMG CTX lathes, Studer S41 and S141 grinders. Machining and control of manufactured parts (unit parts, and very small series), Point-to-point controls with traditional workshop control tools, 3D control and optical control according to the parts. Manual finishing of tooling, and assembly of these. First-level maintenance. Post in 2x8 and 3x8 teams EXPECTED PROFILE Hold a CFC in polymechanics or CFC in micromechanics, professional baccalaureate or BTS in mechanical product engineering. Have had a successful first experience of several years in the mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the watchmaking sector. Knowledge of the manufacture of punching and stamping dies is a plus. Excellent knowledge of reading plans. Good knowledge of the use of control tools, including numerical control tools. Have a good technical mechanical sense to find quick and effective solutions. Be comfortable with computer tools for production follow-up.
