For over 40 years, Workmanagement has been your partner for exciting permanent positions - apply today and get started!   For our client, an internationally successful cosmetics company, we are looking for a dynamic personality as Line Leader Production 2-Shift (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Lachen SZ Industry: Industry diverse Publication date: 22.07.2026 Your main tasks • Responsibility for a smooth production process and leadership of a team of 6-10 employees • Monitoring the entire production process to ensure quality and production targets • Compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP regulations as well as ensuring order and cleanliness • Changing over, adjusting, and starting up production machines as well as independent troubleshooting of minor malfunctions • Recording production data and material postings in the SAP system • Taking over deputy tasks of the shift management to ensure a smooth process Your profile • Completed vocational training as Anlagenführer/in EFZ, Lebensmitteltechnologe/in EFZ or comparable experience in production • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Line Leader or Team Leader, preferably in the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry • Experience in handling GMP guidelines and good technical understanding • Strong teamwork skills, assertiveness, and a motivating, positive leadership personality • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Experience with SAP is an advantage • Readiness for shift work (2-shift or permanent night shift) What you can expect • Working in a dynamic, international environment with modern production facilities • Diverse development opportunities and targeted promotion of your professional career • Flexible working time models, 40-hour week and support with work-life balance • Attractive employee benefits such as access to the employee shop, discounted Reka-Checks and free parking spaces (also for E-vehicles) Are you interested?
