Your field of activity In this role, you are a sparring partner for the regional management and the regional leadership team in all business management matters. You create transparency regarding performance, costs, and value creation and actively support the management of the region. At the same time, you work on cross-cutting issues of strategic financial management and contribute to shaping the further development of Lebensart in a data-driven and impact-oriented manner. Senior Controller / Business Partner Region Oberaargau YOUR TASKS You manage the financial development of the region across all service areas. You analyze business development, cost structures, and results and derive concrete recommendations for action from them, especially for the regional leadership team. You are responsible for forecasts, budget processes, monthly closings, and management reportings of the Region Oberaargau. You recognize opportunities and risks early and proactively bring them into leadership discussions. You question existing control parameters and develop them further together with those responsible. You contribute to foundation-wide issues in controlling, in the development of key figure systems, and in the improvement of transparency and decision-making bases. You support the further development of our operating model, our processes, and our digital management tools. YOUR PROFILE You have a completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable field. You bring several years of experience in business controlling, financial controlling, corporate finance, or consulting. You think in networks, act entrepreneurially, and are able to present complex matters in an understandable way. You are not only analytically strong but also ready to take on responsibility and lead discussions constructively. You convince through integrity, credibility, and high initiative. Ideally, you have experience in regulated industries such as health, social services, public administration, or non-profit organizations. Experience in handling modern controlling and reporting tools; knowledge of Abacus and Power BI is an advantage.
