This is what your daily routine looks like ## • To the core: In the second line, you define the vision and goals for the resilience of CSS. This includes physical security, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and crisis management, taking into account current trends. • You integrate and interlink requirements from IKS, risk management, information security, Third Party Risk Management, and IT Service Continuity Management into a strong unit. • You design governance for the prevention and management of relevant disruptions, emergencies, or crises and ensure the recovery of our core business through a robust and future-proof crisis and business continuity management. • Periodically, you check compliance with relevant regulations, identify potential for improvement, initiate suitable measures, and accompany their implementation in the first line. • You plan and regularly conduct exercises and tests of central elements of corporate resilience (emergency plans, crisis organization, recovery plans). • You accompany and advise the departments on the implementation of the requirements and promote awareness within the company. • You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the area of resilience and report to the management, committees, and external partners in a target-group-specific manner. This is what you bring ## • You have a completed degree in economics, law, or comparable fields. Relevant certifications are a plus. • You have at least 5 years of experience in security management, BCM, HSE, Corporate Security, crisis management, or comparable functions - ideally in consulting, banking, or insurance. • Have you already led projects and specialist teams independently in the context of a resilience function? Perfect! • You are familiar with common standards and frameworks in the area of resilience (e.g., SVV, ISO 22301) and have ideally already accompanied their implementation and implementation in a FINMA-regulated environment. • Entrepreneurial thinking and a proactive, independent approach characterize you and drive you every day. • With your pronounced social skills and secure appearance, you communicate in a target-group-specific manner with departments, management, and committees. • Digitalization and innovation are part of your daily routine, and you are very familiar with Excel and PowerPoint.
