Director Planning and Production Façades Job Description In order to ensure the planning and direction of our Façade production, we are looking for our future director who will work closely with the execution directors and shared services, whose main responsibilities will be: The direct management of the site managers (Bulle and Denges), who are themselves in charge of the complete operational management of the workshops, and their coordination The planning of the macro workload of the department, in collaboration with the rest of the management (sales, execution, and services) The management of subcontracting (decision, budget, organization, compliance) The commercial development of production, notably service offers according to our available capacity and optimization of the exploitation of infrastructures The active participation in improvement and innovation projects The strategic steering of production: definition and monitoring of objectives, contributing to the general interests of the company, resource decisions, collaboration on investments Qualifications To take on this challenge, you are recognized for your pragmatic organizational skills. You are able to consider the aspects specific to a production of projects ranging from unique pieces to prototyped series, ensuring the requirements of all manufacturing in terms of safety, quality, and deadlines. In this role at the center of the company's value chain, you live and promote collaboration with other sectors. Resolutely future-oriented, you always seek to improve production, whether in terms of skills, tools, technology, or the use of resources (human, energy, material). Your relevant and correct analysis of the elements at play allows you to make decisions in the interest of the company and to react and adapt to foreseen or unforeseen situations. For this, you demonstrate anticipation and consideration of all departments, and communicate in a clear and transparent manner with the persons and sectors involved.
