The Pôle Santé du Pays-d-Enhaut is looking for the socio-cultural sector of its EMS (50 beds) « des Gentianes » as well as for its Centre d'accueil de jour (CAT) « des Papillons » a: Socio-educational assistant (CFC) 80%, start date on July 1st or to be agreed Your missions: • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support projects • Plan, prepare and lead various group or individual activities meeting the expectations and needs of the people being supported. • Contribute to the development of the Méthode Montessori Adaptée ©. • Autonomously manage all administrative, organizational and information traceability tasks related to the smooth running of the sector. • Participate in the influence of the institution and the development of its links with the region and its local population. Your profile: • Hold a CFC as a socio-educational assistant (indispensable). • Have an interest in a job in elderly care, with a compatible geriatric and psycho-geriatric mission. • Demonstrate autonomy, versatility, curiosity and creativity. • Master usual office and IT tools (knowledge of Carefolio, a plus). • Hold a car driver's license (indispensable). • Have an interest in the training and support of apprentices and interns (FEE training, a plus).
