On behalf of our client - a leading and established Swiss mobility service provider in the Bern area - we are looking for a strong-communicating personality who lives customer service with passion and shines as a bilingual organizational talent. The Mission In this key role, you solve demanding concerns in direct dialogue and ensure noticeable enthusiasm among members: • You process diverse inquiries via telephone and correspondence competently and in an orientation towards solutions. • You provide comprehensive advice on modern mobility offers, digital features, and e-mobility solutions. • You stand by the front support as well as internal interfaces as a specialist contact person. • You support business customers professionally on topics surrounding corporate cards and legal additional services. • You provide support in the use of web applications and mobile apps. Your assignments are as usual from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 with a modern home office option. • What makes this position special?
