## Description of the field of activity Leister Technologies AG is introducing SAP S/4HANA using a Greenfield approach. With S/4HANA, many modules and peripheral systems will come into use, such as SAP EWM, PP, MRP, QM, etc. Through this roll-in of an own SAP template, a major step is being taken in our digital transformation to design our production, planning, logistics, and sales processes from the ground up, in a modern and optimized way. Many different products, different levels of manufacturing depth including partly in-house component production, different markets and seasonality, as well as the pronounced, diverse skills of the production employees, require the use of specific SAP-supported strategies and solutions. After Go-Live in Sarnen, it is planned to introduce S/4HANA in the international sales organizations.   Process Expert SAP Manufacturing, Planning and Quality  Help shape the digital future of production and Supply Chain Management. Do you have experience in this and would you like to actively help shape production and SCM-related business processes and, in this key role, make a significant contribution to creating a high-performance ERP and EWM system landscape and thus to ambitious company growth by participating in the construction, introduction, and after Go-Live in the continuous optimization and further development of processes in conjunction with S/4HANA? • As Process Expert for your area, you will work together with the Global Process Owner. This governance model is part of the S/4HANA Roll-In project, with your role as Global Process Expert. After Go-Live, similar Roll-In projects with production may arise in foreign branches based on this functional competence. • As a Process Expert, you bridge business and IT, drive standardization and digitalization, and ensure that processes are designed to be efficient, integrated, modern, and future-proof. Your tasks ## Together with the specialist departments, you identify optimization potential, analyze requirements, and translate these into sustainable, standardized, and scalable SAP solutions. In doing so, you develop harmonized end-to-end processes and ensure their successful implementation: • You analyze current processes supported by the legacy system. • You design concepts for future production operations with S/4HANA, including the requirements for new hardware to be introduced for process control and steering, for the identification of materials, for the confirmation of completed work steps, etc., as well as for the design of production lines or cells. • You incorporate today's "best practice" for the setup of S/4HANA in Manufacturing, Planning, and Quality into your concepts, with a focus on the setup of material master data and its structures, the requirements of controlling for the generation of production target and actual data, the requirements for capacity planning, requirements planning, sales planning, monitoring tools, and reporting. • You identify holistic optimization potential in the areas of Manufacturing, Planning, and Quality. • With creativity, experience, and a sense for scale and impact on the workforce, you develop new, future, SAP-supported processes within the S/4HANA Roll-In project and after Go-Live in the sense of CIP (Continuous Improvement Process). • You specify future processes including SAP functions, requirements, and details. It would be desirable (not a mandatory criterion) to be able to specify the customizing to be implemented by Group IT in detail. • You map the current processes in SAP Signavio. • You test SAP functions, document the test results, and release them for production. • You create training materials for End Users and Key Users, also using a Learning Management Tool. • You introduce the new processes together with the production employees, Team Leads, and neighboring teams. • In doing so, you create the necessary acceptance empathically, calmly, and cooperatively and train the colleagues. • During the introduction and training of new processes including SAP operation, you act as a skilled Change Manager. • Particularly in the area of Manufacturing, you are familiar with the various strategies and available system settings for material requirements planning, you know the effects of the individual options, and are able to select and apply them to specific products and product families. • As a central contact person, you coordinate cooperation with Group IT and any external SAP consulting partners. • You ensure transparent risk, escalation, and stakeholder management and create the basis for sound decisions. • You are responsible for the planning, prioritization, and control of projects, resources, and requirements within your area of responsibility. Your profile ## • Several years of experience in the introduction, implementation, or further development of SAP S/4HANA solutions in an industrial environment. • Good knowledge of the SAP modules PP, PP/DS, IBP or other production planning tools, MRP, QM as well as a good understanding of the interaction of these modules with EWM and MM. Depth: For creating specifications for implementation by Group IT. No customizing knowledge is required, but is desirable.  • A completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field of study.  • Sound knowledge in the areas of production, production planning, material planning, and quality management.  • Experience in (sub-) project management of transformation, SAP implementation, and optimization projects.  • The ability to bring different interests together and successfully shape changes.  • Experience in working with stakeholders as well as in area-over
