Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen & HR (50–100%) Your tasks: • Management of debtor, creditor and financial accounting • Debtor management including dunning and collection • Responsibility for cash management including daily cash reconciliations and reconciliation of cash balances • Preparation and timely submission of periodic VAT returns • Assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual closings • Payment transactions as well as monitoring of liquidity • Support with budget and controlling tasks • Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit • Preparation and execution of monthly payroll runs as well as care of social insurances • Contact person for employees and superiors in administrative HR topics • Active participation in the design and optimization of internal processes This is what you bring: • Basic commercial training • Further education in accounting • Further education in HR • Professional experience in finance and personnel • Independent, precise and reliable working method • Networked thinking and organizational skills • Safe handling of MS Office, Abacus knowledge an advantage • Enjoy working with people and numbers • Mother tongue German We offer: • an attractive workplace • interesting and varied work • diverse challenges • a young, open and motivated team • free parking • fair compensation Workplace: 9015 St.Gallen Contact: Fabienne Kuratli Auto-Zentrum West AG Piccardstrasse 1 9015 St.Gallen f.kuratli@az-west.ch
