Your tasks are Installation and commissioning of water dispensers as well as repair, maintenance, service (disinfection, cleaning, filter change) and instruction in the functions of the installed devices at the customer's site in the regions of Bern, Biel, Freiburg, Yverdon-les-Bains & Neuenburg Leading, managing, and motivating a team of service technicians in the field Intensive collaboration with the internal service and sales team Contact person for demanding technical questions from customers on site Administrative tasks in reporting Periodic exchange with superiors and other team leaders Your profile You have a craft or technical training (e.g., sanitary installation, vending machine training, etc.) and come from the field of electronics, precision mechanics, mechatronics, or heating/water/air conditioning technology.
