For our Kids, Stationery & Design Shop area, we are looking for you: an engaged sales personality with expertise, an overview, and an eye for the special. You know the assortment, bring a sense for brands and trends - and advise customers so that they enjoy coming back. HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE ## • You advise our clientele in the area of Kids, Stationery & Design Shop - personally, reliably, and with attention to detail. • You are familiar with the assortment, recommend suitable products, and actively participate in shaping the sale. • You contribute to Visual Merchandising, help with promotions, and ensure high-quality presentation. • You support the customer card program and actively maintain relationships with our regular clientele. • You work independently, service-oriented, and contribute to the team. WHAT CHARACTERIZES YOU ## • You have completed training in retail and/or several years of professional experience in advisory sales - ideally with a focus on stationery or kids' products. • You know brands, trends, and materials - and use your knowledge in advising. • You work solution-oriented, think along, and bring initiative. • You appear professionally, are communicative, and maintain an overview even with multiple customers. • You bring very good German - other languages are a plus. • Shifts from Monday to Saturday are a matter of course for you.
