You ensure rigorous management of claims requiring specialized expertise, in direct contact with insurers, clients, and internal teams. Claims and Absence Manager Your main missions and responsibilities: In the context of this function, you will ensure part of the HR service solutions and you will be in charge of managing cases of claims for illness and accident-related loss of earnings for different clients. More precisely: • Management of claims for illness and accident-related loss of earnings with insurers and clients, in accordance with policies and insurance conditions in force • Regular contacts with employees and the HR department of our client companies in the event of illness or accident-related absences • Monitoring of files on our absence management tool • Control of daily allowances paid by insurers • Requests for coverage of various types of medical treatments and/or hospitalizations from insurers • Application of internal procedures/processes specific to clients • Monitoring and management of reporting to our clients • Active participation in projects Your profile: • CFC in commerce or equivalent training • Successful first experience in the field of claims management • Very good oral and written knowledge: French, German, and English (level C1) • Excellent contact, rigorous, organized, and autonomous person with a high sense of confidentiality and customer service • If you have knowledge of German, it is a real asset.
