In order to continue our development and strengthen our team, we are looking for our future collaborator for a position as an Commercial employee 80% ## In this function and after an integration period, your tasks will be as follows: Main tasks: • Administrative management of orders, customer confirmations, and invoices • Management and planning of delivery deadlines • Various secretarial tasks such as: • Telephone reception • Customer correspondence • Filing of "paper" and "digital" documents • Management of the "info" email inbox and redistribution • Possible substitution for colleagues during absences from the commercial office Your profile: • You have acquired a CFC as a commercial employee. • You can justify at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. • You are dynamic, rigorous, but you know how to remain agile in your work organization. • You know how to be versatile in the different commercial processes • You are comfortable on the telephone in the 3 languages and have an excellent sense of customer service. • You have a good memory. • You are a positive, discreet, proactive, and solution-oriented person. • Good knowledge of usual IT tools (Office, ERP) • Very good written and oral knowledge in French (C1) • Good written and oral knowledge in German (B2) • Good written and oral knowledge in English (B1) Our offer: .
