Your tasks Active new customer acquisition in the field of sea, air and road transport Identification and qualification of new customers via telephone, e-mail and other sales channels Building and sustainable maintenance of your own customer portfolio Advising new and existing customers as well as developing individual transport and logistics solutions Creation, calculation and follow-up of offers Negotiation of prices, conditions and contracts Close cooperation with the operational teams to ensure smooth order processing Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships Processing of customer inquiries as well as professional support during the entire sales process Observation of market and competitive developments as well as identifying new business opportunities Participation in the development and implementation of sales strategies Continuous maintenance of all customer and sales activities in the CRM system Creation of sales statistics and forecasts Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards as well as legal requirements Support of customers from the pharma and healthcare sector as well as compliance with applicable GDP and quality guidelines Your profile Completed training as Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ industry Int.
