Experienced Architect 100% ## Job Description ## We are looking for an architect with solid professional experience in Switzerland, capable of taking charge of and leading different projects with a high degree of autonomy, from their development to their realization. The candidate will be required to work on various projects, particularly in the field of renovation and transformation of residential buildings, as well as on other architectural projects developed by our office. We are primarily looking for an experienced, versatile, rigorous, and pragmatic person, capable of effectively managing their projects and ensuring coordination with the various stakeholders. Main Missions ## • Development and management of architectural projects, from study to realization. • Preparation of plans, construction details, and execution dossiers. • Management of renovation and transformation projects of residential buildings. • Preparation and follow-up of building permit dossiers. • Coordination with clients, engineers, specialized mandatories, companies, and administrations. • Follow-up of the different project phases in accordance with Swiss standards and practices. • Participation in calls for tender and the preparation of execution dossiers. • Architectural and technical follow-up of projects in the realization phase. • Autonomous management of priorities, deadlines, and the different tasks related to the entrusted projects. Profile Sought ## • Architecture training EPF, HES or training deemed equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally acquired in Switzerland. • Good experience in the development and management of architectural projects. • Experience in the renovation and transformation of residential buildings is an important asset. • Good knowledge of Swiss construction standards, SIA standards, and Geneva administrative procedures. • Ability to manage projects autonomously, to take initiative, and to find concrete solutions. • Very good organizational skills and ability to manage several files simultaneously. • Ease in coordination and exchange with the different partners of a project. • Excellent mastery of AutoCAD indispensable. • Good mastery of MS Office. • Excellent mastery of French, both written and oral.
