For the Kommandoabteilung, we are looking for an ICT-Projektleiter/-in & Security Koordinator/-in, 80-100% immediately or by agreement at the Solothurn location. Your responsibilities • You lead demanding ICT overall and sub-projects according to the HERMES project management method and ensure their successful implementation. • You plan, control, and monitor projects in terms of deadlines, costs, quality, and risks and initiate appropriate measures if necessary. • The analysis of feasibility, economic viability, and risks of ICT projects as well as the preparation of decision-making bases are part of your diverse range of tasks. • You ensure that ICT security requirements as well as legal and regulatory requirements are considered and consistently implemented in a timely manner. • You bring targeted experience in the ICT environment as well as in the development and implementation of security and ISDS concepts into projects and strategic issues. Your profile • You have completed an Informatik education with a higher vocational training or a comparable qualification, preferably in Wirtschaftsinformatik, project or process management. • Several years of professional experience as an ICT project manager as well as in-depth knowledge of the HERMES project management method characterize you. • You work independently, structured, and take responsibility for the timely and proper implementation of your tasks. • Thanks to your pronounced communication skills, you advise and accompany different stakeholder groups in an address-oriented and goal-oriented manner. • You convince through team ability, assertiveness, and a professional appearance in demanding work areas.
