You will accompany consultants to customer meetings from the third year of apprenticeship. You will continue your education at vocational school one to two days per week and learn everything important about the industry in various company courses with apprentices from other insurers. You will apply your theoretical knowledge directly in practice and learn to navigate confidently in a networked and digital working world. You will be accompanied throughout your entire apprenticeship by experienced trainers. You can complete your apprenticeship with BMS, but you do not have to. What you bring with you You are interested in the topic of insurance. You attend Sek A in the Canton of Zürich or an equivalent school in another canton, have good grades and enjoy numbers. You work carefully and reliably, express yourself well and approach people openly. You are a team player, want to learn as much as possible and make a difference.
