With us, renovation and new construction projects meet in an exciting mix, from the initial idea through to execution planning and onto the construction site. Your tasks: Creating plans in all project phases from the preliminary project to execution planning Participation in varied renovation, refurbishment, and new construction projects Digital preparation of existing plans as part of our plan digitalization (new measurement, structured plan preparation) Developing detail, shop, and submission plans Close cooperation with architecture, construction management, and the client Co-designing and further developing our digital planning processes Your profile Completed training as a Structural Drafter EFZ or Drafter EFZ specialization Architecture Confident handling of common CAD/BIM software ArchiCAD.
