Specialist Living (m/f/d) 60-80% The Stiftung zur Palme in Pfäffikon ZH cares for and employs adults with predominantly cognitive impairments and offers them diverse living, day center, and training placements as well as opportunities for vocational training. As of November 2026, new living space will be realized at our main location in Pfäffikon ZH and will be newly occupied by our residents. For these residential groups, we are looking for an immediate SPECIALIST LIVING (m/f/d) 60-80% Your tasks: Together with your future colleagues, you will accompany the residents in all life situations and take on key worker responsibilities. You will work in a multi-professional team of specialists. The working hours are oriented towards the support needs of the residents and are planned so that they are also attractive for you as a specialist. Nights are covered by our night standby team, split shifts are an exception. Collaboration in the further development of our concepts in the area of living interests you, and you will contribute significantly to aligning their content with the needs of the residents and the «palme». Your profile: You have a successfully completed social/special education training (Sozpäd. HF/FH, FABE, Sozialbegleiter:in). In your professional activity, adults with cognitive impairments have played a significant role. You are familiar with their special needs and have been appreciated by both residents, as well as specialists and other stakeholders, for your professionalism and as a person. You have the ability to think in networks. You are looking for an interesting, demanding, and guaranteed varied activity, with a lot of responsibility and creative freedom, and it is important to you that your team acts loyally, has a lot of self-determination, and takes responsibility for it. You succeed in good interdisciplinary cooperation - within the team and with other internal and external partners. You value open, appreciative, and constructive communication and can communicate orally and in writing in German, have user knowledge of MS-Office and a Category B driver's license.
