Project Manager: Complete Renovation The Complete Renovation department specializes in the modernization of properties -- from planning to completion. We are looking for a dedicated specialist who will accompany demanding customers. Your tasks: • Hold consultation discussions with the building owner • Determine the building owner's wishes and develop rough concepts • Develop detailed offers including approval procedures • Supervise versatile, demanding and varied projects • Plan, coordinate and monitor the construction execution incl. cost management • Accompany the customers until completion Your profile: • Long-standing practical experience in project management • Comprehensive specialist knowledge in the field of renovation and modernization • High social and specialist competence in consulting and supervision • Technical training is an advantage • Eye for design details and affinity for materials • Independent, structured and customer-oriented way of working Please apply by email with reference T02J8G in the subject line.
