A in order to complete its team, Valtex Multiservice SA is looking for: Workshop Supervisor - Catering Sector Your tasks: As Workshop Supervisor, you supervise a team of about ten people in professional reintegration (unemployment insurance, social action, invalidity insurance) within the framework of a cooking activity. Your main missions are: Accompany, train and evaluate participants throughout their internship using adapted tools, in collaboration with the pedagogical team. Supervise and contribute to the production of approximately 25'000 meals per year for the company restaurant, the school restaurant of the CO de Monthey and other external partners. Ensure administrative support and back-office operations related to the management and monitoring of the sector's production. Your profile: You have confirmed experience in the field of professional reintegration and you have training in adult supervision (MSP, Social Educator, BFFA or equivalent) as well as training in the field of cooking. You demonstrate an excellent sense of organization and planning, which allows you to effectively structure your work and that of the people you accompany. You master MS Office tools and use them with ease in your daily practice. You express yourself with ease, both orally and in writing, in French. You have good leadership skills and appreciate teamwork, promoting collaboration and a constructive climate.
