Technical Building Manager

The Haute Ecole d'Ingénierie et de Gestion du Canton de Vaud (HEIG-VD) is seeking a Technical Building Manager to ensure the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of its buildings. The successful candidate will have a degree in HVAC, ventilation, climatisation, and sanitaire (CVCS) and at least 5 years of professional experience in the field. They will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the building, including heating, ventilation, and plumbing, as well as supervising the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities. The candidate should have experience with budgeting and be open-minded, flexible, and collaborative, with a strong respect for norms and procedures. The position is available from August 1, 2026, or by mutual agreement, and the application deadline is ongoing.
