Social Worker BSc or BA (60-80%)

As a quality-certified, national company for external Occupational Social Counseling, we are looking for the Basel/Northwest Switzerland region a Social Worker BSc or BA (60-80%) ##  with main place of work in Basel. Start of position as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement. These are the core tasks • You advise employees of different hierarchical levels and professional groups on personal, family, health, and financial problems as well as difficulties in the workplace. • As a contact person and advisor, you develop solutions in close exchange with HR managers and supervisors to support employees in difficult situations. • Through the accompaniment of employees, you work preventively and help to prevent personal problems and internal company conflicts. • You use your specialist knowledge and sense of responsibility for quality assurance and the further development of our service offering. This is what you bring with you • You mandatory possess a university of applied sciences or university degree in Social Work and bring several years of professional experience in social counseling - preferably in an occupational context in Switzerland. • You enjoy conducting counseling sessions and have experience in goal- and solution-oriented short-term counseling. • Ideally, you are linguistically proficient and can advise in German and English. • You have experience in Case Management. • You are versatile, committed, and can approach different stakeholder groups in a winning, diplomatic, and competent manner. • You are interested in the variety of topics and the stance of occupational social counseling, and can quickly familiarize yourself with internal company processes. • You appreciate the challenges in a private sector environment, act in a service-oriented and entrepreneurial manner. • You are sociable, motivated, loyal, and enjoy working independently.
