Industrialization & Machining Optimization Technician (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission For a great company in the region, we are looking for an Industrialization & Machining Optimization Technician. At the heart of production activity, you play a key role in industrialization, continuous improvement, and the optimization of machining processes. Acting as a real link between the technical office and the workshop, you contribute to guaranteeing the performance, quality, and reliability of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities: - Define, develop, and optimize manufacturing sequences and methods. - Program and improve machining operations on CNC machines. - Design and update ISO and CAM programs. - Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the reduction of cycle times. - Provide technical support to production teams. - Collaborate with different departments to guarantee the feasibility and robustness of industrial processes. - Drive optimization actions in the workshop and contribute to the industrialization of new products. Your profile • CFC in polymechanic, ES Technician or HES Engineer in microtechnology. - Proven experience in the field of machining (turning and milling). - Very good knowledge of ISO programming and CAM. - Proficiency in CREO and/or GibbsCAM, a major asset. - Strong field orientation with a pragmatic and operational approach. - Sense of continuous improvement and process optimization. - Analytical mind, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
