As part of the development of our activities and to carry out our newly signed mandates, we are looking for, as soon as possible: A BIM modeler/designer in HVAC building technology (m/f) Your mission: Implementation of the STEEN energy system as part of construction projects of various types. Creation, management and updating of the schematic diagram according to the sizing of the lead project engineer (AUTOCAD). Creation, management and updating of heat production installation models in BIM (REVIT). Planning and administration of the modeling part within the framework of engineering mandates, according to the ISO quality manual and through the SIA phases. Participation in coordination meetings with the various technical contractors (notably BIM meetings). Regular use and updating of coordination and data sharing platforms. Updating of documents relating to sizing. Extraction of detailed quantities with REVIT during the tender phase. Creation of models and execution and revision plans for the installations. Creation of detailed models and plans for certain specific parts of the STEEN system. Continuous development of internal BIM tools (project templates, families, parameters, etc.). Technical assistance to project engineers in the preparation of internal documents and in research and development topics. Your profile: CFC as a designer in building technology or a title deemed equivalent. Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in an HVAC engineering office or in a company. Perfect knowledge of HVAC technology (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) and Swiss standards. Knowledge of the sanitary and building electrical installation fields is an important asset. Excellent knowledge of BIM. Excellent mastery of AUTOCAD and REVIT tools and their environment. Reading, understanding and production of hydraulic diagrams. Production and management of REVIT models. Mastery of MS OFFICE office software. Motivated, dynamic, proactive and autonomous person, having a great sense of responsibility and team spirit. Rigor, organization and diligence at work. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Analytical and synthetic spirit, taking initiative.
