To complete the Industrialization team within the Swatch BU, we are looking for a: Job description • Industrial project management: Manage projects related to the integration of new production means and the optimization of assembly processes. • Industrialization: Implement manufacturing processes and ensure their compliance with technical requirements. • Technical writing: Write specifications for equipment, establish documentation, and ensure follow-up of tenders. • Economic analysis and investment management: Evaluate project profitability, formulate investment requests, and monitor budgets. • Coordination and collaboration: Ensure communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners. • Equipment commissioning: Ensure the commissioning of assembly and testing facilities, including training production teams. • Process support: Provide technical support in product evolution and ensure process optimization throughout their life cycle. • Ramp-up and testing: Manage the deployment of processes and tests for Swatch and Flik Flak products.
