Your missions Manage a diverse portfolio of properties with professionalism and autonomy. Ensure the rental of properties (lease contracts, site visits, supervision). Superwise and coordinate technical work and maintenance of properties. Develop and maintain a trust relationship with owners, tenants and concierges. Monitor the legal and contentious aspects (calls, formal notices, complex files). Superwise the work of a dedicated property management assistant. Your profile Commercial training (CFC or equivalent) complemented by solid experience in property management (at least 3 years). Ease of relationship and excellent communication skills. Mastery of French (oral and written) with very good writing skills. Solid knowledge of tenancy law. Mastery of usual IT tools (MS Office, Garaio REM). Autonomous, rigorous, organized and proactive personality. Driving license required. Additional assets: federal certificate in property management and/or mastery of German or English.
