Franchise Partner (m/f) – Recruitment & Executive Search Your area of responsibility Within the corporate group, you act as an entrepreneur and assume responsibility and competence for the entire search and selection process (supporting in the start-up phase) to fill high-profile specialist and management positions with well-known clients. As a competent contact person, you support and advise existing clients in the recruiting process and, with your expertise, succeed in winning new clients. You support and advise candidates regarding their professional career. You further expand your existing client and candidate network and win your clients for long-term cooperation. With your commitment in supra-regional project teams, you contribute your part to filling critical positions. Your industry knowledge is your capital. Therefore, you speak the language of clients and candidates and acquire, advise, and place within your industry. Your personality You have leadership and management experience with a corresponding track record and know the challenges in your industry. You possess strong entrepreneurial thinking and, as an independent recruitment consultant, are also a team player within the corporate group. You represent the professionalism and personal competence of an established consultant, such as openness, initiative, eloquence, loyalty, and acquisition strength. As a personality with sales flair and consultant talent, you have a good and well-maintained network of contacts in a prospering industry.
