Ward Manager (m/f/d)

Das Gässliacker is a medium-sized center for aging and health with around 130 employees. We care for and support 81 residents in the nursing home and up to 15 day guests in day care. Furthermore, we offer 60 senior apartments with services. The modern infrastructure, our diverse garden facilities, and the beautiful location complement our services. To strengthen our nursing team, we are looking for a Ward Manager (m/f/d) starting October 1, 2026, or by arrangement. Your tasks: • Leading and organizing a ward with 19 residents, 10 employees, and 5 apprentices • Further development of the team and the specialist department, as well as collaboration in the innovative management team • Direct contact with the residents and collaboration in nursing and care • Active collaboration in direct nursing, with 1-2 office days per week • Good contact with relatives and doctors • Interdisciplinary cooperation with daily activities, physiotherapy, etc. • RAI-NH coordinator or supervisor, administrative tasks, implementation of nursing guidelines, etc. What you bring with you: • Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or equivalent training/recognition • Several years of leadership experience in long-term care • Appreciative treatment of elderly people and their relatives • Motivating and resource-oriented leadership style • High organizational and communication skills • High social competence, flexibility, and sense of responsibility • Very good PC user skills (MS-Office), LOBOS and PEP are an advantage • Very good German skills in speaking and writing If you want to pull on the same rope as us, you have come to the right place!
