Your Tasks You assume the overall technical responsibility for the planning, development, implementation, and continuous further development of all digital company solutions and work directly with the management. Your area of responsibility includes, in particular: – Development and further development of ERP, CRM, and SaaS systems – Development of internal administrative and company platforms – Development, support, and optimization of the billing and invoicing system – Digitalization and automation of administrative business processes – Development of reservation, dispatch, and booking systems – Development of customer and service portals – Development of individual software solutions for operational requirements – Backend development with PHP and Laravel – Frontend development with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js – API development and integration of external systems – Database design and database administration – Development of scalable software architectures – Administration of Linux servers – Hosting, VPS, domain, and DNS management – System monitoring as well as performance and security optimization – Data backup as well as backup and recovery concepts – Technical support and further development of the company websites – Management and optimization of the Google Business Profile – Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Technical support for digital marketing measures – Analysis and optimization of the digital company presence – Development of technical solutions to improve customer communication and service quality Your Profile For this responsible position, we are looking for a qualified specialist with solid academic training as well as several years of practical experience in the development of complex company software and the digitalization of operational processes.
