We are looking for an committed personality with an independent and structured way of working as: E-Commerce Sales Manager Marktplätze 80–100% (m/w/d) Your role You don't just want to manage e-commerce, but actively develop sales? In this role, you are responsible for the commercial further development of our marketplace business with a focus on Galaxus. Your focus is on sales, performance and marketplace optimization. You ensure that our range is visible, attractive and competitively positioned on Galaxus and also bring in additional impulses to further dynamize online sales through our existing webshop. Webshop technology and digital marketing are covered by specialized teams. You concentrate fully on sales growth, offer quality and commercial impact. Your tasks You develop our marketplace business with a focus on Galaxus operationally and commercially, and prepare existing webshop items Galaxus-specifically with attributes, images, product information and other marketplace data. You optimize product data, categories, variants and content to improve visibility, findability, conversion and sales success. You ensure that our offers are presented on Galaxus in a complete, correct, up-to-date and sales-promoting manner. You analyze sales figures, margins, range success and marketplace performance, and derive concrete measures to increase sales. You are involved in the control of ranges, prices, actions and promotions in agreement with purchasing, category management and marketing. You observe the competition, price development, customer behavior and marketplace trends, and identify new potential from them. You coordinate internal interfaces with purchasing, category management, product data/PIM, logistics, customer service, digital marketing and webshop management. You optimize processes around data enrichment, marketplace maintenance, offer quality and performance reporting. You bring in impulses to sustainably increase online sales through Galaxus and our own webshop. Your profile You have experience in e-commerce (online sales), marketplace management, product data management or in a comparable commercial online sales role. You understand how online marketplaces work; experience with Galaxus or other marketplaces is an advantage. You have practice in the maintenance, enrichment and optimization of product data in marketplace, PIM, ERP or webshop systems. You think sales-oriented and have a good sense of sales potential, range, prices, margin, availability and online performance. You work safely with numbers, reports and KPIs, and derive concrete sales initiatives from them. You work in a structured, exact and reliable manner, especially when it comes to product data, attributes, images and marketplace maintenance. You are operationally involved and at the same time keep the commercial goals in mind. You have a good sense of customer needs, product presentation and sales-strong offers.
