Join the team of a Bern-based subsidiary of a renowned health insurance company in Gümligen during the lively peak season (mid-August to late November 2026). Your daily routine in the team: • You contact potential new customers who have already signaled interest (warm leads). • With empathy and enthusiasm, you schedule appointments for our field service professionals. • You carefully maintain customer data in the system. • You demonstrate perseverance: every lead gets up to three chances for a nice conversation from you. Qualifications • You hold the VBV certificate (a must, also welcome for career changers). • You speak fluent Swiss German (additional languages such as FR/IT/EN are an advantage). • You have a positive aura that can also be heard over the phone, and you bring a healthy dose of resilience. • You enjoy working in the midst of things - our modern office lives from the joint spirit on site.
