On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an Architect (M/F) Your future responsibilities: • You will design architectural projects, from the pre-project phase to completion • You will develop feasibility studies, sketches and variants • You will elaborate and coordinate the files for the investigation • You will create execution plans • You will coordinate engineers, contractors and other stakeholders • You will ensure project monitoring in terms of quality, costs and deadlines • You will ensure compliance with current standards, laws and regulations Your profile: • You are a graduated architect HES, EPFL, EPFZ or equivalent, you are passionate about designing and completing innovative and functional architectural projects • You combine creativity, technical rigor and sensitivity to environmental and sustainable issues. • You have a very good knowledge of computer tools • You like to work in a team and coordinate the different stakeholders of a project, while ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and current standards. • Your professional experience allows you to lead projects from the pre-project phase to delivery, including feasibility studies, execution plans and technical monitoring • You are curious, proactive and able to find innovative solutions to architectural and technical challenges.
