You accompany a group of children aged 18 months to 3 years and shape their everyday life with creativity and structure. Responsibility for the pedagogical care and development of the children Planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities Teamwork - close cooperation with colleagues and the management Parent work - open and appreciative communication with the families Documentation - recording developmental progress and group processes Your profile You are a warmhearted, motivated personality with a sense for the needs of children and an eye for the essentials. - Training - completed training in childcare or equivalent pedagogical qualification (recognized by EDK) - Experience - practical knowledge in working with children from 18 months to 3 years - Soft Skills - teamwork, strong communication skills, and initiative - Mindset - flexibility, sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude What we offer to you At KIDSatLAKE you will find more than a job - you will become part of a motivated team that achieves great things together.
