In this role, you will take responsibility for cinfo's social media presence while simultaneously contributing to the marketing and communication of our services, events, and strategic priorities. Working closely with the Head of Communication & Marketing, the graphic designer, and internal stakeholders, you will help to strengthen cinfo's visibility, address key target groups, and support the development of new services and business areas. Main Tasks • Marketing & Campaign Management: Planning and implementation of targeted marketing and digital campaigns, including paid promotion. • Social Media Management: Development and implementation of social media strategies, management of social media channels, as well as promoting reach, growth, and engagement of target groups. • Analysis & Optimization: Monitoring the performance of social media and marketing activities, analysis of KPIs, and continuous optimization of content, campaigns, and target group engagement. • Content Creation & Communication: Creation of compelling, target-group-oriented content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels, as well as supporting multilingual communication activities. • Partnership Management: Support in the maintenance and further development of strategic partnerships, as well as in the joint planning and implementation of marketing and communication activities with partner organizations, including fundraising activities. Profile • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field or equivalent professional experience. • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital communication and fundraising. • Profound knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram and best practices in the field of social media. • Experience in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns. • Experience with digital marketing and communication tools. • Strong analytical skills and a data-oriented way of working. • Knowledge of international cooperation and the non-profit sector would be an advantage. • Proactive, organized personality who feels comfortable in an agile environment. • German is your mother tongue, and you have excellent English skills and good French skills.
