It is quite dynamic; in part, one assists several lawyers simultaneously. It is quite a large law firm. Location: Zürich Umgebung Start date: Immediately or by arrangement <br /> Your area of responsibility: <br /> <br /> • Support of the lawyers in administrative matters as well as appointment management <br /> • Correspondence in DE and EN • Monitoring appointments (court dates, prompt deadlines) • Reception of clients • Organization of meetings • Support with internal projects <br /> What you bring with you: <br /> <br /> • Several years of experience in the commercial sector, preferably at a law firm or one of the Big4 <br /> • Strong interest in legal issues • High IT affinity incl.
