Your main tasks • Architecture, design and implementation of complex network and security solutions • Responsibility for the cloud network and security infrastructure as well as the networks of our Managed Service clients • Global analysis of network infrastructures as well as identification and implementation of optimization potentials • Configuration, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of complex network environments • Participation in inter-team technical working groups as well as representation of the team's technical position • Design and development of managed services in the field of Network & Security • Conducting training, workshops as well as mentoring network engineers • Support to clients and partners as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Your strengths and knowledge • Several years of professional experience in the network field, ideally already as a professional network engineer • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP networks and network protocols • Full experience with network operating systems such as Cisco IOS, Huawei VRP or Fortinet FortiOS • Solid knowledge of routing protocols like BGP and OSPF • In-depth knowledge in network security, e.g. firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN and ZTNA • Experience in architecture, implementation and development of complex network and security solutions • Experience in project management and leadership or willingness to take on technical responsibilities • Marked ability to solve problems autonomously, to make decisions and to implement in a structured manner • Experience with ticketing systems as well as in handling demanding client requests • Experience in automation of network and operational processes (Ansible) • Certifications in network engineering at a professional level, e.g. CCNP, NSE7, are an advantage • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English orally and in writing • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as pleasure in working in a team and sharing knowledge • Autonomous, reliable and confident working method with a global vision of the client, the technology and the operation What Sharp DX offers you • A collegial and empathetic environment with open communication • 40 hours per week and flexible teleworking - we promote work-life balance • Financial support for continuing education • A contribution of 200 CHF to your sports subscription • Team and company events • -and much more- Our friendly HR team is at your disposal for all questions of how, where, what, when, why and how.
