The internship usually lasts 12 months. <br /> Your working environment With the enforcement of the Unemployment Insurance Act, the Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit (AWA) advises, mediates and enables job seekers in the seven Regional Employment Centers (RAV) in their reintegration into the labor market. In addition, the AWA is responsible for the payment of unemployment benefits and provides the range of labor market measures. The AWA guarantees occupational safety and health protection for employees through advice and inspections of companies.
