• 14 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Temporary • French (Intermediate) • Maladière 45, 2000 Neuchâtel You will join a team of experienced clinical pharmacists, committed to the development of pharmaceutical services, continuous improvement and strengthening the continuity of care between the hospital and ambulatory settings. Clinical Pharmacist at 80-100% Your missions • Clinical pharmaceutical services: ensure the clinical activities of the sector (hotline, clinical pharmacy, prescription aid documents, training, etc.) • Development of pharmaceutical services: contribute, in collaboration with the clinical services team, to the development of pharmaceutical services in favor of the continuity of care between the hospital and the ambulatory setting (pharmaceutical hotline intended for the ambulatory setting, medication reconciliation, tools promoting continuity of drug treatments, information exchange platform between healthcare professionals, any other service defined within the framework of the project) • Continuous improvement and quality: participate in the continuous improvement processes of the sector, in the evaluation of pharmaceutical services, in the monitoring of quality indicators and in the implementation of improvement actions Your profile • Federal diploma of pharmacist, or title deemed equivalent • To benefit from an authorization to practice independently • FPH Title Hospital or clinical Pharmacy, an asset • Experience in hospital pharmacy or in a field deemed equivalent, an asset • Good command of usual IT tools • Good writing skills in French Your skills • Sense of organization and availability • Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt • Ability to communicate • Ability to analyze and provide perspective • Ease of working in an interdisciplinary manner • Autonomy and versatility Additional information • Place of work: Pourtalès site, in Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds site with mobility required for both sites • Start date: from 1 November 2026 or as agreed in a fixed-term contract of 12 months (extendable by 6 months) • Teleworking possible up to 20%, depending on activities • Information: Madame Rima Ducommun, Deputy Head Pharmacist and Head of clinical services sector, +41 79 559 53 92 & Dr. Grégory Podilsky, Head Pharmacist, +41 79 559 47 12 Complete applications (motivation letter, Curriculum Vitae, diplomas, work certificates) are to be addressed to us until 8 August 2026. *Any question concerning the application procedure can be addressed by telephone to the Engagement service at +41 32 713 30 13.* Maladière 45 2000 Neuchâtel
