Together with two female colleagues, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly with us from the inquiry to production. Careful induction is a matter of course for us. Your tasks You are the first point of contact on the telephone and process incoming e-mail correspondence. You record orders, create offers, and look after our customers competently. In addition, you take over the rough planning for production and are responsible for purchasing. Your profile You bring stylish German and ösisch (both languages very good in spoken and written form) – good English skills are a plus. Ideally, you already have experience in dealing with an ERP system. You work in a structured and reliable manner, keep an overview even with multiple tasks, and appreciate contact with customers and suppliers.
