The structure, with a human scale and a functioning close to a family environment, intervenes on complete technical projects, from design to realization, in collaboration with local partners. It is distinguished by its proximity, reactivity, and field involvement. Missions As a CVC Project Manager, you intervene in the entire life cycle of projects: Project management Design and develop CVC solutions adapted to customer needs Elaborate technical concepts and realize the sizing of installations Steering and execution Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects until their commissioning Manage external partners and local companies Ensure rigorous site monitoring with a strong presence on the field Guarantee respect for deadlines, costs, and quality standards Customer relationship Be the main interlocutor of the customer throughout the project Provide relevant technical solutions and ensure close accompaniment Economic monitoring Participate in the development of offers and budgets Ensure financial monitoring of projects Candidate profile Technical training in the CVC field (engineer or equivalent) Confirmed experience in CVC project management with a strong focus on site execution Good knowledge of the Swiss market and applicable standards Ability to manage several projects in parallel and coordinate various stakeholders Autonomous person, rigorous, with a good sense of responsibility Current French and German level minimum B2 required Conditions and Benefits Human-sized structure with an agile and field-oriented functioning Attractive pension fund Flexible hours Possibility of telework jpid4c2a752jm jit0727jm jiy26jm
