Commercial Employee (m/f/d) Service Back Office Northwest Switzerland Job Description You will take over the scheduling and coordination of our service technicians for warranty services, repairs and maintenance for Northern and Western Switzerland in German and French. You are responsible for the technical clarification and the commercial processing of service and maintenance orders. You process customer inquiries, offers and order placements, check material invoices and undertake further general office activities and administrative tasks. In addition, you support the processing of external service providers or subcontractors. Your other tasks include warehouse management and the transport processing of material deliveries. Qualifications You have a completed technical or commercial training. Professional experience in technical customer service/service is a plus. You speak and write fluent German and have good to very good French skills. You convince with strong team and communication skills and a high understanding of service with direct customer contact. A customer- and service-oriented systematic way of working as well as organizational skills are a matter of course for you. You possess a technical affinity.
