If your heart beats for real estate, you are motivated and goal-oriented, and also like to work in a team, then we look forward to your application as (Senior) Real Estate Manager (m/w/d) Basel or Rheinfelden, 80-100% - limited until 31.05.2027 or by agreement You will be responsible for: • You take over the responsibility for managing a complex portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties • As a technical point of contact in the team, you are responsible for training and instructing employees and supporting quality assurance • You are in contact with property owners, tenants, janitors, craftsmen, and authorities • Negotiating and creating commercial rental contracts as well as the annual budget is also within your area of responsibility • To fulfill all these tasks, you can rely on the support of both team members from technical management and rental as well as administrative and janitorial staff, which you supervise • At the "Living" location, you also take care of personal customer support on site together with your team That's why you're successful: • You have a commercial basic training, are a real estate manager with a federal professional certificate, and ideally have a diploma as a real estate trustee • You also have several years of professional experience in managing residential and commercial properties • Digital affinity and solid PC and software skills are used daily in working with various systems • An efficient and goal-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills with negotiating skills qualify you in dealing with different and demanding target groups • A high service and customer orientation are a matter of course for you • Good manners, high resilience, as well as flexibility and endurance round out your profile • You communicate fluently in German, both verbally and in writing Here are some of our benefits: • Working hours: We live mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work.
