Your tasks ## • * Direction and development of the "Architecture, Security & Risks" department (currently 4 employees) as well as steering the IDW as a member of the management • * Development of enterprise architecture at the city scale and ensuring the alignment of the IDW infrastructure architecture • * Direction, planning, monitoring, and coordination of municipal IT security, including security operations • * Advice and support to municipal stakeholders in the areas of IT architecture and IT security • * Ensuring compliance with data protection requirements • * Responsibility for maintaining the ISO 27001 certification of the IDW • * Development of IT architecture concepts for on-premise and cloud enterprise solutions • Your profile ## • * Long-standing practical experience in complex IT environments as well as strong conceptual skills • * Ability to document and present complex technical subjects clearly and in a structured manner • * In-depth knowledge in the management of highly available and security-critical IT solutions • * Responsible behavior as well as the ability to act as a link between our clients and the IDW • * Higher degree in ICT (ETH, university, HES) or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience as an ICT architect specialized in IT security and ideally in IT risk management • What we offer ## • * A central position near the Winterthur main station • * A responsible and exciting task with design possibilities • * Quality of life through annual working time and the possibility of teleworking • * A varied range of internal training • * Equality, diversity and inclusion • Contact ## Your questions regarding the position will be gladly answered by Marco Zimmer, CIO, marco.zimmer@win.ch.
