District Sales Manager: Region Bern/Thun 100% Your area of responsibility: You will be working four days a week as a branch manager in your home branch and will support branches in your district on another day, whereby you bear responsibility for turnover, costs and target achievement. You support the branch managers in your district with the recruitment of new employees and actively promote the junior program for future leadership talents Analysis of relevant key figures, monitoring of personnel costs and productivity as well as initiation of targeted improvement measures You ensure high service quality and ensure that the SHOES sales philosophy is lived in everyday life You consistently implement specifications for merchandise presentation, decoration and current promotional measures in the branches Our requirements: You have completed training in retail as well as several years of experience in sales or a comparable area, preferably in the shoe industry Your high customer and service orientation as well as your entrepreneurial thinking and acting characterize you in daily doing Strong organizational talent and a clear sense of priorities are among your strengths With your open, positive and friendly personality, you win people over to yourself and convince as a leadership personality You know the region and the local economic structure well and are ideally bilingual in German and ösisch A warm and motivated team awaits you, which will receive you with open arms and works in a modern working environment with advanced equipment.
