Your motivation is more important to us than the industry you come from. • You approach challenges calmly, make considered decisions even in stressful situations, and bring a readiness for shift work. • You are business fluent in German (level C2) and bring beginner knowledge of a second national language (level A1). • You have perfect color vision (no red-green deficiency) and have no entries in the criminal and debt enforcement register. • For the intensive and demanding training period, you bring a lot of personal responsibility and motivation and are ready to engage with different learning environments - from in-person classes on-site to digital self-study.
