IT Director

IT Director (M/F, 80-100%) The Holding movodis SA is the result of a merger of three iconic mobility companies in the canton of Vaud: LEB, Travys and MBC. Together, these three subsidiaries will represent a company with more than 800 employees sharing the same goal: to offer a range of public transport services adapted to the needs of customers. As part of the creation of this new entity, JRMC & Associés has been mandated to support the Board of Directors in the search for the IT Director (M/F, 80-100%) Member of the management team Missions and responsibilities Reporting to the General Manager and member of the management committee, your main mission will be to ensure the proper operational functioning of IT tools and their development, as well as to ensure a high level of security. To do this, you will define the IT strategy and the integration strategy of the subsidiaries' IT tools (architecture, digital roadmap, harmonization of practices). Also, you will define and manage the portfolio of IT projects by defining adapted procedures and respecting the priorities defined by the management. You will also be responsible for managing the budget of the IT unit. Furthermore, you will supervise the IT team and be in charge of its development according to the objectives of the Holding, in the short, medium and long term. Finally, you will ensure and guarantee the support, quality and security of the tools and infrastructure. Profile sought For this position, we are looking for a person with a degree in computer science (or equivalent), complemented by training in digital transformation management. Additional training in project management and/or business management is also an asset. At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar position (management of IT teams, management and piloting of projects, securing infrastructure and cybersecurity), preferably in the public transport sector, is expected. Furthermore, successful experience in digital transformation in an industrial or transport context is desired. In terms of languages, proficiency in French is essential, as well as good knowledge of German (B2 level ideal) and English (B1 level minimum).
