Your tasks include: • Care and monitoring of all technical systems in the building • Planning and organization of repair, service and maintenance work • Monitoring, accompaniment and control of work carried out by external service providers • Support for projects and optimizations in cooperation with internal and external departments • Implementation of customer orders • Carrying out smaller repair and maintenance work on systems and infrastructure • Execution of green and environmental work • Completion of administrative tasks within the scope of your activities <br /> This is what characterizes you.
